Yes, each of our drafters is an attorney licensed in at least one state.

  • Are you licensed in the same state as your clients?

In some instances. However, our drafters are not required to be licensed in the state in which you practice, as you will be signing your bar number and filing the document. Each attorney must review and supervise the work prior to affixing their bar number and filing the document with the court.
